Spencer Wolfe is an attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys, based in the firm’s Phoenix office. Before joining the firm, Spencer served for nearly five years as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army, where he worked in a variety of legal roles supporting service members, military leadership, and government operations. During his military service, Spencer provided legal assistance to service members and their families, advised senior commanders on legal issues related to military operations, and oversaw investigations involving property loss, personal injury, line-of-duty deaths, and allegations of misconduct. He also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Texas, prosecuting criminal cases, and represented individuals in felony-level criminal defense matters. Spencer remains affiliated with the Army Reserve and continues his involvement in public service. Spencer earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. While in law school, he served as President of the Trial Advocacy Team and as Lead Articles Editor for the Journal for Business, Entrepreneurship, and the Law. He was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national organization recognizing excellence in courtroom advocacy and legal writing.
